General Information
Your Help is Needed

We are always in need of volunteers, 16 years of age and older. If you've ever considered volunteering at the shelter, please seriously consider doing so now. We have many cats, kittens and dogs and we need volunteers to help give them the love, care and attention they need and deserve. Can you spare an hour or two each week to help? If so, stop in any evening between 6:30pm and 8:00pm or Sunday from 12-4pm and fill out a volunteer application.

The Shelter is especially in need of volunteers on Friday evenings, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday afternoons between noon and 4:00 p.m.

If you are 16 or older, please come to the Shelter for an hour or two to help walk the dogs, feed the cats and spend time giving love and attention to the homeless animals. They will thank you for it!

If you have any questions about volunteering, please call the shelter at 973 470-5936, leave a message and a volunteer will return your call. Our animals thank you!
